HUSD is excited to partner with Think Together to offer fun activities, enrichment and care during the upcoming fall break, October 7-11th. Today we had our KOALA STRIVE Community Meeting. Students discussed the community values...Innovative, Respect, Encouragement, Validation, Responsability, Safety. They also did a team building activity with their team leader. Ask your students when they get home to tell you all about it.

Mrs. Hernandez's 6th grade class were tasked with building the longest paper chain. Students are able to practice their problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills through this engaging activity...so much fun!
